Recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security officially issued the Notice on Relevant Work for the Newly Established National-Level Postdoctoral Research Workstations in 2026 (Wan Ren She Han [2026] No. 365). Anhui Tiankang Group was approved to establish a national-level postdoctoral research workstation. The workstation has been reviewed and filed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee. It is an important platform established by the state to support enterprises in pooling high-level innovative talents, making breakthroughs in key core technologies, and accelerating the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. This approval is not only an authoritative recognition of Anhui Tiankang Group’s scientific and technological innovation capabilities, talent cultivation system, and the effectiveness of its industry-university-research collaboration, but also marks a new step for the Group in building a national-level innovation platform for high-level talents.
